Spaces for technological innovation
The centrality of research for the Politecnico di Milano clearly emerges in the design of the new 'Giulio Natta' Department of Chemistry Materials and Chemical Engineering. The new building was designed to respond to the dual need to provide equipped spaces for technological innovation and to act as an urban element connecting the surrounding public areas: such as the streets, gardens, sports facilities and public spaces.
