Unlock the Impact is a pathway for students who want to turn an insight, a research project or a technological solution into a tangible opportunity.
With the support of offices such as the TTO and Politecnico’s expertise, participants will be able to understand the innovative potential of their ideas, assess their patentability and receive guidance through the process of protecting and filing a patent.
The pathway does not end with protecting an idea: students can explore how to develop it, leverage its value and bring it to market, thanks to the support of Innovation Managers and access to Innovation Studio. Should they decide to start a company, they can receive tailored support to facilitate the re-acquisition, transfer or adoption of the intellectual property by the new venture.
The goal is to enable those who have contributed to creating an innovation to remain at the heart of it, turning knowledge and research into technologies, products and services capable of creating value.
