This Master's Degree is designed to strengthen the link between the University and the world of work by providing specific professional skills and broadening employment opportunities for those motivated to embark on a career in the field of public contracting with a special focus on the sector of tenders and public services which are increasingly affected by environmental and energy matters. The Master’s program is supported, through the activation of curricular training internships, by public institutions and bodies and their related agencies and companies (including ARIA SpA, ATM SpA, Fiera Milano SpA, among others), as well as by private companies and professional firms operating in the field of privacy and personal data protection.

The Master's program's immediate objective is to provide an overview of the regulations governing public procurement and contracts and a comprehensive update on a complex and constantly evolving field. It will devote considerable time to the presentation of practical cases, examined in light of case law. From this perspective, the program will define new skills, management tools, relationships between the various stakeholders (administration, project managers, entrepreneurs, public service managers), and responsibilities.

Master of Science degree. Degrees obtained abroad will also be accepted, provided they are considered equivalent within their respective education systems.
