Alliance for Hydrogen Research

Born from the collaboration between Politecnico di Milano and founding partners Edison, Eni and Snam, the Hydrogen Joint Research Partnership was established to promote advanced studies and innovative research across multiple domains, and to develop an energy vector capable of playing a decisive role in achieving global climate goals: hydrogen.

Activities

Horizontal Projects

They explore broad thematic areas such as multi-sector forecasting models and scenarios for hydrogen production, storage, distribution and potential end uses. They also include LCA assessments of hydrogen production, supply-chain development strategies, as well as material testing topics and the development of pilot infrastructures.

Vertical Project

They focus on the development of products/components and related testing, the validation of best practices, the definition of business models, and more.
The content and results of vertical projects are reserved for member companies, except for excerpts and scientific publications.
