Associazione Orchestra Filarmonica della Scala

What is it?

Founded in 1982 by Claudio Abbado, the Filarmonica della Scala is an independent association that brings together musicians from the Orchestra del Teatro alla Scala in Milan, organizing a concert season in collaboration with the Teatro alla Scala.

What are the benefits?

The Filarmonica offers the Politecnico di Milano student community 100+100 seats reserved for Under-30s in the stalls and boxes for only €100, while the 200 available subscriptions last, for two subscription options:

  • Red: includes five concerts of the 2026 Season on January 19, February 23, April 13, May 25, and October 25, conducted respectively by Riccardo Chailly, Fabio Luisi, Michele Mariotti, Marie Jacquot, and Gustavo Gimeno
  • Blue: includes five concerts of the 2026 Season on February 16, March 30, May 11, October 18, and November 9, conducted respectively by Lorenzo Viotti, Myung-Whun Chung, Paavo Järvi, Riccardo Chailly, and Santtu-Matias Rouvali
