Language courses

The University sets up italian courses addressed to foreign students regularly enrolled at Politecnico di Milano including Exchange students.

Courses are offered in both semesters.

Length: 40 hours

Preliminary level test to be taken.

For the first semester the courses will be offered on line.

If the courses are provided online, the edition is unique regardless of the location.

Type of courses available

• Courses for foreign students with the Additional Educational Obligation in Italian
  Formula: free of charge.
  In the absence of any of the official certifications admitted by the University, the attendance at the course assigned based on one’s preliminary level test result of at least 75% and the overcoming of the related exit test allow the removal of the additional educational obligation in Italian.
• Courses for people without the OFA in Italian
  Tution fee: 100 euros.
  These courses are based on the logic of the personal cultural growth. These courses are not related with the academic career (they are not part of the study plan and cannot be converted into ETCS credits), they make no reference to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), they are no aimed at getting any official certification.
