Description of the initiative
The aim of the course is to teach methodologies for scientific communication with particular attention to aspects of scientific dissemination. The course is the second of the series promoted by Scuola 3i which has already seen the very popular one held by Massimo Polidoro.
The second course will be held by Fabio Turone, a professional journalist with long experience both in scientific dissemination and in academic and non-academic courses dedicated to teaching the methodologies of dissemination.
Fabio Turone is director of the Zoe Agency for Scientific Journalism and of the Center for Ethics in Science and Journalism, Italian correspondent of Research Professional and contributor to numerous international newspapers including Medscape and Nature. He is president of Science Writers in Italy, the professional association of science journalists and science communicators in Italy.
